for a while now on reducing my weight and or eating better.

I'm now down to 232, and still falling, I started at 260, so that is 28 pounds lost. Really my max weight of all time was 265, but when I started tracking and doing anything about it, it was 260.

The study was not ambiguous at all, it showed a 75% reduction in the plaque build up responsible for Alzeimer's after 14 days of use and 25% within a day. The mice regained lost abilities as the plaque levels in the brain reduced.

So, far the results go from underwhelming to promising. The question is not whether the Kinect can work as an adequate 3d scanner for many uses, but rather the lack of software capable of doing it in a manner that doesn't require rigging the kinect or multiple tries, or stitching scans together. So, I contacted the makerbot people and they are sending me one. I'll probably get it in the next few mailing days. Hopefully... It shouldn't take but 10 minutes to connect that and screw the bottom on to be completed.

I really feel sorry for the North Koreans, it must be like being trapped in a bad play that never ends, filled with bad actors, and paid off critics, as no one looking in on this display of "grief" can for one minute believe it's real, it's so over the top and over dramatized as to be absurd.
